I think you are right, and Streamity - it will be just an information portal.The site is not accessible anymore, I hope things are still ok this is a good project and even though they have not reached the hardcap they can still implement their roadmap with the funds they generated, the ICO was held when trust in ICO was very low and cryptocurrency in general are in red.
