If you are using cli, try this command : rescan_bc
If you are using GUI delete the ProgramData/Sumokoin folder reinstall the GUI and restore again
(this means that you have to download the chain again. If you want to avoid that download the chain from here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/y02m43ms03g5rjl/AAAZHv0y2kIQUhGFU-01WGqea?dl=0 and import it )
