When you buy on a centralized exchange, you have to trust both the exchange operator and James.
When you buy on NXT AE, you only need to trust James.
That's the main reason for why decentralized exchanges have come into existence. They provide a trustless purchase mechanism. You only need to trust the asset issuer, and there is no intermediary between buyer and seller.

The IPO was on Poloniex but has been changed to BTER due to them being located in the US and being governed by its laws.

There will be a token that will be given in exchnage for your btc/btcd/nxt on BTER. Once the IPO has ended it will be swapped 1 for 1 as a asset on the NXT exchange. There are a few scam assets right now on there so only buy from the asset issuer as posted in the opening post.

JLH on Poloniex is another asset from James, this asset is not the one that will be swapped for your BTER tokens.

1. So what is JLH about, if most of the assets are going to be centered in superNET whats the point? Will it share dividends of some sort? if so, what dividends are we talking about?

2. James said that the tokens in BTER and the assets in NXT are not sold at the same value, would like to know the details, shouldn't it be the same value for fair distribution? if the tokens are cheaper in NXT I don't see how can it be called fair, so I am assuming my thinking is wrong, can you correct me please?

JLH reinvests any dividends it gets as polo does not support distributing asset dividends to holders, yet. Just lack of time to implement, it could easily work like at a normal brokerage where if you own something on the ex-dividend date it goes into your acct.

bter has a bot automatically changing the price every minute. I am too lazy to be doing this manually, so I will not give the best price. If you want the best price get it from bter. If you want the convenience of buying from NXT AE, then it will cost a bit more. dont ask how much more, I have no idea the fluctuation of market prices

Both NXT and BTCD purchases are giving a 5% bonus, not enough to arbitrage for it, but just a reward to the two communities I have been active with

I cannot control what other parties do, I only posted what was confirmed to me.
JLH happened about a month ago, it is a single purchase to invest in almost all my assets and other NXT assets, not really related to SuperNET except it contains 10% slices of all the SuperNET core assets and is probably a bit undervalued now.

The official TOKEN on NXT AE and bter will both get corresponding SuperNET asset. This complication was to help polo get lawyers approval and it was too late to simplify when I am notified after the golive time that they have to back out.

So you can get it on NXT or bter, same result different method

make sure it is the official asset issued by the official acct in the OP if you get it on NXT AE
