I never bothered to setup the Supernet wallet and have been using the NXT Wallet. What is the best way to transfer everything over?

Thanks

You don't really need to transfer anything since superNET will use Nxt addresses. However, probably worth trying out the Jay wallet as someone above mentioned.

Yup, no transfer required. SuperNET is built on Nxt, so your regular passphrase will access the same account, just with all the extra SuperNET stuff as well.

I wasn't clear on the differences. What I was considering using is the Supernet Client. Multigateway is still in Beta I assume?

The new Jay LiteWallet is an excellent choice to get started: https://forum.thesupernet.org/index.php?board=38.0

No blockchain download required. No third party web service to trust. Up and running in minutes.

The only divs issued out are assets so far, that can be at any time. As for revenue assets, they haven't begun yet so we don't know
once we get meaningful revenues, I expect approx monthly

How will SuperNET utilize Syscoin?

They are testing betaversion of their decentralized marketplace called Blockmarket.

With Freemarket and Sys's Blockmarket.... there should be a SuperMarket and combine the two.

I'm only interested in two features of SuperNet: BBR and Pangea Poker.  But all I hear about them is a deafening silence.   Undecided

https://nxtforum.org/nxtventures/pangea-poker/?PHPSESSID=0vddpb3gsi5knqvbbm6ccepma7

Notice that James keeps adding core coins with 1st class Dev teams...
Elite Devs are the scarcest commodity in crypto (so it's a great meta strategy).

BBR is a poor example...
But most of the other coin communities (FIBRE, VPN, VRC, now SYSCOIN) are excited to be part of SuperNET...
And the individual SuperNET Alts have done very well as trading vehicles... but not BBR it seems.

(I don't follow CryptoNote coins on principle as they propagate much of the Toxic Culture in crypto...
See IceBreaker posts... and 99% of Monero Truther posts/spam).

Many complex projects are significantly delayed Etherium, MAID, Storj, etc...
I think James is implying once the SuperNET core is done... many things are in place to move fast.

Where is the play-money Pangaea demo that was supposed to be ready by "early April?"

When did it start to fall behind schedule?

Why weren't we told it was running late before missing the deadline?

How far behind schedule is it?  Days, weeks, or months?

Is Boolberry still a core coin?  I notice it was dropped from the latest update.  What's up with that?

Hello, Icebreaker.

I'll follow up on this in the next newsletter. If you can't wait, please talk to the Pangea crew. Cut out the middleman, u'know. Smiley

BBR is considered a core coin but still pending integration.

Roughly how much BBR integration code has been written?  Is the answer zero, almost zero, or some?

You can't just announce "BBR integration" and then fail to do a single thing to accomplish that goal.  At least be honest enough to disclose nothing has happened on that front, instead of stringing people along with the pretense of vaporware.

Speaking of vaporware, why do I have to go to Slack (FUCK GOOGLE) to find out WTF happened to the "mid April" Pangea Poker play-money launch?  Pangea's "mid April" soft launch was announced here on BTCT and thus should be updated here, especially as the deadline has slipped.

At least tell us if nothing has been done and nothing will be done in the foreseeable future.

The feature bloat is completely out of control.

Stop announcing new coins/features/investments and finish something.  The resemblance to GAW/PayCoin's never-ending parade of shiny new distractions in place of actual solid usable features is becoming overwhelming.

Due to your silly and annoying spam about official multipool posts, I had you on ignore and didnt see that you actually posted something that wasnt the same complaining about something that everybody else wants. Now you are comparing SuperNET to paycoin? Please be serious or you will lose what little credibility you have. I know you arent a stupid person and might even be somewhat intelligent, but all this trolling sure makes you say some things that are not exactly on the smart side of the fence.

Are you familiar with the concept of an operating system?

Now let us say that a spreadsheet is the most important application. That does not mean that the entire operating system should be written around running a spreadsheet and only a spread sheet does it? I cannot help that the 500+ SuperNET community has people that are active and doing projects. My work is at the core, the operating system and this is not as easy as you might think it is. I am working quite a few hours per week, every week, so it is not like I can go much faster.

As far as the privacy features, they need to come AFTER the baseline operating system is in place. BBR has already made changes to the daemon to support what I need, I am just swamped with finalizing the baseline system and InstantDEX, which includes a security upgrade based on threat analysis feedback.

James

P.S. MGW has been running for some months now, but since you dont care about that it probably doesnt count for anything to you

Pangea's main dev was ill for a few weeks. He's better now, but we need to give him a few days to get stuck back into the code to figure out a revised schedule (that's what we've been waiting for before giving an update).

Good news from Pangea's point of view is that the superNET plugin system that James has implemented should make integration into superNET much easier.
