Whats going on with SWARM after the ill made cointelegraph.com article and the meeting between involved parties. I can't find an official response anywhere or explanation what impact all this may have on the future of SWARM? Looks to me the only one who cares and seems to be constructive is the guy from Vevue (Thomas Olson) rest looks like they had a serious rough night at the bar.

There was also an official press release that went out last week.

What needs to be done to receive the distribution? Do I need to take my coins off Poloniex exchange?

It did look like a mess but I am very impressed by Thomas Olson's Professionalism. I will be following Vevue, Hopefully he can launch the crowdsale on Swarm. Joel is a Brilliant guy and will be successful. He is young and is a leader in this new technology. The Guy in the Ballcap was also pretty cool and a straight shooter. I would definitely expect bumps in the road but could be a potential Home run. Video was cringeworthy but was very transparent. I feel the Opportunity to fund Vevue is reason enough for me to own Swarm.

There are currently three public to do lists without a super clear idea of which will come first. If anyone wants to be added to the Swarm slack let me know or feel free to directly add issues to Github.

These places are:

https://github.com/citizencode/swarmbot/issues

Commands listed here:

https://github.com/citizencode/swarmbot/blob/master/src/bots/dco.coffee

Other to dos:

https://github.com/citizencode/swarmbot/blob/master/doc/scratch.md

I think I'd like to converge on github issues, but very open to putting together a coherent roadmap as well.

Some of the Swarm delegates will be maintaining and updating the previous code base and frontend.

Once the bot codebase is established I'll invite additional contributions, possibly as soon as next week.

What will the slackbot do?

Could you post a roadmap?
I think he meant to say "swarmbot"

If that is the case then I'd like to know what the swarmbot will do.

Joel, do you plan to go it alone from here?

Good progress today. Slackbot now includes possibility to interface with all existing DCOs.

Feel free to add or comment on existing github issues.

That info is much appreciated.  What are your next steps with this?  Taking a break?

Definitely not. Agents are gathering in the swarmroom to decide what to do next.

My concern as an investor is that SWARM is a Counterparty token and it sounds like you're moving away from Counterparty.

Let's try to address that concern this week as we plan next steps.

It sounds like you are very open in your decision-making processes.  Have you considered taking that further and posting about the choices you are making along the way in this long journey?  Perhaps on discourse.swarm.fund.

That's a good idea.

Thank you for the update.  Where does this leave SWARM investors?

I think the same principles apply that have always applied:

[1] SWARM holders will be able to choose new delegates after the present implementation cycle is complete.
[2] Value of the network and SWARM will be established as business value is established
[3] SWARM holders get the Swarm basic income as projects launch

Any other ideas?
