I think it's just everyone trying to get on at the same time. It's working but I guess the nodes that are working are having a hell of a time.

My wallet still hasn't connected. It's been almost an hour. Any ideas?
backup your wallet.dat, Delete everything from your appdata/roaming/syscoin folder.
Run the new wallet again and just wait. That might help at least.
Did all of that before I first started the update. Got rid of everything except my wallet.dat. I'll give it some time before I start fiddling...
Yea mine stalled for about 40 minutes, then I restarted again and about 6 minutes running the second time, I got it synced up nicely.
Do we know around what block we will be forking?
No forkheight, just update to latest wallet and it forcibly ignores bad peers. The whole forkheight approach really forked us hard yesterday.
