:o80 sat, I will happy to get 30 sat syscoin
Are you sure that it goes up again if it is down at 30? I know that Syscoin is good but it seems that people are not interested anymore
.
Well, it won't go back to 200 satoshi, that's for sure. But you can make more money by buying for 30 sat and selling for 90 than buying for 200 and hoping that it will get to 300.
FUD, as usual.
Doge has been below 20 Sat and climbed to 300, so your statements is your opinion, not a fact.
What I would like to know is who dumped 20 million Sys on Bittrex? Is this Ryan who has access to MintPal balances?
Well, let's be serious. Don't compare doge to sys. Syscoin has been continuosuly dropping since launch (with small bumps). Someone dropped 20 million sys because he wanted out while the buy orders started at 150 satoshi (and now they are at 90, so the guy did a smart thing). I would like syscoin to go back to 150 price range as much as you do but it won't happen by itself. Too many people are baghjolding and too many people grabbed those 200 000 coins for prices starting from 30 satoshi. Let's stop pretending that everything is all right while it is not. Fuck Ryan Kennedy. That guy outsmarted us and while I understand that all of us would love to prosecute him, it should not happen at the expense of the coin, which is happening right now. Let's stop pretending. Relaunch or do your best to keep sys in the 50-150 price range.
The seller wasnt smart at all, as he could have had way more for his coins if he was slowly selling them off. The price is 90sat instead of 150 because of him and all those who bought very low selling their coins for 2-3x. He probably didnt care about a few BTC or was really impatient, but you really cant call him "smart".
I would seriously want to know what those relaunch ideas are all about. This will not lead us anywhere. Please explain in detail how a relaunch would work and what would happen to the old coins. And THINK about it first. All I read is that a relaunch will magically save us, but no one actually even tries to explain why.
Yeah, I agree that it could have been done smarter but you know what I mean. Cutting losses and rebuying for a lower price is many trader's strategy.
As for the relaunch, I am not the person to ask. That should be the community's decision. Probably people have various preferences. List of options is:
1. Do not relaunch at all.
2. Soft relaunch (all the coins remain, the coin gets rebranded or forked, some speces are changed, or both things happen - many coins managed to break from decline by this move)
3. Hard relaunch (old coins lose their value, the technology stays the same, coin restarts - this would piss off current mayor holders but would definitely be best option for newcomers, to minimise the colaterral damage swap of the old coins for the new ones could be arranged but of course not 1:1 but for example at 50 satoshi level).
