Have you released a coin, how does it differ from others? Do not be mistaken if I create the same coin, I will not get the support of investors. For one or two days I think I'll make a coin fork, but who will it need? (google)

We already have a plan for it in 2018 (#1), more will be added

Thanks TXID.

It's all up and running now.

The issue was compilation error in npm (stable), nodejs, and gyp-bridge being installed on top of the latest software update of Ubuntu.

I like the wallet - the UX can easily be commercialized but if the java security issue is not addressed I will not personally use it.

One more thing, when is the planned listing of snowgem in exchanges?

Cheers.

It'll be added in Jan.

We need the coin stable before going to the exchange.

Thanks,
Txid.

solo mine via wallet is currently disable if i am not wrong.

Would appreciate if someone can share their config file for solo mining in Linux - (and by solo, i mean via 127.0.0.1 and not via solo pools).

I have no issues mining coins via stratum - so far so good.

I really just want to mine via the localhost. the relevant details and errors that I am getting when trying to solo mine are below:

*Set up: Ubuntu 16.04, AMDGPU Pro 16.40, all drivers and files are updated, AMDR9 cards, latest version of Claymore ZecMiner

   *Config.txt:
     -zpool localhost:16112 -zwal -mport (i tried 0 , 3333, 3334...)

   * 1) ran snowgemd as daemon, 2) checked snowgemd-cli, and 3) ran zecminer64 via terminal

*Issue: after running ./zecminer64, claymore connects to 127.0.0.1:16112 but immediately times out with the following errors -
via screen -  "ZEC: job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec..."
via log file -  "buf: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request"

Appreciate any help on this. Alternatively, if you can share your config text file for linux - claymore that will be great as well.

Cheers.

The complete guide to solo mining is in the #1 page, you need a Linux machine to setup.
Thanks,
Txid.

Hi,

I need some support for snowgempool.com
0% fee for the first 100 blocks
Lets spread some of the hashpower to secure the network

Regards,
Steve

Oh also, is there a way to check the current block reward?  It's still slowly ramping up right?

Guys lets spread some hash back to https://snowgem.luckypool.io and some other pools so that http://sng.nibirupool.com doesn't control the whole network.  I have nothing against the latter pool, but I'm doing my part by moving my hash away to prevent over-centralization  Smiley

(If someone knows something bad about any pool that shouldn't be used, please let me know).

Sync stopped at 99.22% 25.12.2017 13:00:34

Try delete all files of AppData, same result

Wait for wallet update. Read above... Meanwhile, use linux version or bash in windows, works.
I thought swing wallet haven`t problem with sync... OK wait for update

i don't like java that's the problem, it's a good tool for virus and hacker, not saying that you want to infect someone...

got your point Cheesy

Thank you,
Txid.

what are the command line for the cmd wallet?

./snowgem-cli getnewaddress -> get new address
./snowgem-cli getbalance -> see your confirmed balance
./snowgem-cli listtransactions -> view list transactions

However, it's better if you use Swing wallet, just need to install java in your machine.
