That guy can use shared masternode service, and with very low cost from VPS service. In my opinion, Proof of Stake and Masternode coins help to protect our planet better by consuming less energy than proof-of-work coins. 10000 coins to have right to set up Snowgem masternode is a high collateral, in my perspective, so using shared masternode is better choice.
