Does SouthxChange have KYC? If not I imagine it could go the way of Coinexchange and NovaExchange. CryptoBridge even just announced they are adding KYC.

As for voting I have posted about voting there a bunch of times and it looks like we are in second place, but it does cost 250,000 votes to get listed (which is around $2,100 USD right now).
