1- I will get the wallet and the data about it.
2- With the help of all the foundation, I will send back all coin to the owner.

i recieved the eMail from teslacoin foundation the other day, i am trying to fill it in now: there are 3 fields to fill in, eMail, amt of TES, and an addy. i fill in all 3, hit send, recv error msg: Please insert your name
what am i doing wrong? i can't find a field for it

you are the only person who knows what your deposit address was for your Mintpal account, it is next to impossible to guess a valid address that was at Mintpal, so if the address you provide matches up then that is all the proof needed. However since Valkir will have the email addresses, no proof is necessary, as soltantgris mentioned, you will just need to reply with a valid TES address to have your coins sent too.
I would be, if I would transfer them there, but I bought them all on Mintpal, so no deposit address available, but obviously this should not be an issue.
