I think, commission on withdrawing funds from the system is something permanent. It makes no sense to raise or lower the percentage. This is the function that is always in demand.

It would be tempting if betmatch provided opportunity to withdraw funds from their accounts without paying any commissions for example, on some days in month .

they have difference in privacy and scalability. so all depends on your priorities. blockchains that are private work similarly to public blockchains but it operates like a centralised system of today that limits access to certain users.
