We are just waiting for those big players to enter in our market and we will see some huge movement price-wise. Wink

I have an idea that I think would be good for May and that is for masternodes to be implemented after block 216901 instead of the 1% APR. There is no need for masternodes right now as May is like running a MN with the rewards we are currently earning from staking. I hope the dev takes on board the idea.

That is some nice idea that you got there. It is also in my belief that once we hit that 216901 block, people will start selling their MAY because of the very low APR. And this problem will be solved by implementing MN after that block. I'm sure people will be happy if this will be done in the future and it will promote ultimate holding of MAY. Dev, kindly take this suggestion into consideration and you still have plenty of time to think about this. Wink

Yes that was my way of thinking as most people that have been mining or staking for a long time will most likely dump their May after this block is done because as we have seen with a few staking coins, not many people like low APR. Implementing masternodes will hopefully help as long as the reward is decent. Then the dev could set up a dev fund as well with the masternode rewards so say 75% to MN 15% to PoS and 10% dev fund. The dev fund can be used for future developments/exchange listings.

With the upcoming block reward increase to 800 $MAY we will definitely see more investors entering the market. I have quoted the discord for newer members to find and come chat. Get $MAY while it's cheap. It's currently around 35-40 sats and has been @ 200 sats before. Low market cap of around 130k. A lot of gains to be made here once it takes off, and with a total supply of 100mill it may be worth buying for those who haven't yet.

For your MAC, try installing the dependencies:

Brew
brew install boost miniupnpc openssl berkeley-db4

-or-

MacPorts
sudo port install boost db48@+no_java openssl miniupnpc

Let us know, if this corrects the issues.

Yes I think the upcoming block reward will attract a lot of new people into May as they would want to earn them 800 coin blocks. I would say at least 15k May will stake almost daily but the more you have the better as the confirmations do take a while at 110. So if you had say 5x 15k blocks staking you should stake daily. Yes you can also mine May however the difficulty could be sky high as some have reported a while ago however it may have calmed down now so you might also want to give it a try. I prefer to stake May. Good luck!
