I say BS to the posts above ^^ but proceed with caution.

It is clean according to these two scans:

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/9fc7e38adb25bcee303ae7e515f9ca9a4b7514226df2c8017bf73fb57c6819c7/analysis/1442941358/

https://www.metascan-online.com/#!/results/file/26a5410e5bb74998af864c9082457edb/extracted

Also I've tried it again on a vps and there is no trace of a taskmanager.exe anywhere in the users folder

Scans will tell you nothing. Pretty "easy" to hide from them..

But its funny that every single time I run the QT wallet, bitdenfender starts moaning about a dropped file in the users folder. (appdata\local\taskmgr.exe)
Add to that that the .net installer opens every time the wallet is running as well.
But hey I am probably just imagining things.. Must be me that changed the bitcointalk account email as well.. (yes, got changed since I was stupid enough to login on my VM).

Hi everyone,

Again, not FUDding, but I have feeling there is something suspicious about the precompiled Windows wallet available. That's the reason I didn't set up a pool yet because I'd like to have a clarification first on this image a friend of mine sent before:

Like in the image a friend uploaded, Trojan.MSIL.Disfa.xxxx is a backdoor trojan that started to run as "taskmgr.exe"-named process after running the precompiled Windows wallet.

Also, another friend of mine told after he ran the Windows precompiled wallet, somehow he lost 0.4 BTC from his local BTC wallet to this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1NoRY3XrcDu5w3LnXqv2zKzn2E6A5udyJs

So, no FUDding, but before setting up a pool, want to make sure this developer have clean flour in his bag, and a good explanation why:
a) A backdoor virus found
b) Another friend lost his BITCOINS after installing and running Tianhe-Qt.

Also don't know is the virus in the source code or just in the precompiled wallet.

Please, explanate all this.

I can confirm this.. VIRUS.. Do NOT download and run this shite.

PS: i made tests on this pool during this week, but actually yiimp doesnt support payout of coins which doesnt have a price... so it was "hidden" until today

You can mine on my temporary pool : http://yiimp.ccminer.org/

but... beware, there are instant big miners... like the one who have reached the diff of 4.0 one hour ago... (i guess a nicehash test)

what's going on? diff was less than .20 a few hours ago it now went to 3.0 that's 15X and hash spiked multiple times over.
