according to explorer, Top 1 has only 1750 TIA and I solo mined 8 blocks (200 TIA) with CPU in about 4 hours. It seems we have a fair lunch with a tiny pre-mine coins. Good luck Devs I will mine TIA when I get my new GPU

Please provide more information about the coin and what it is about. There is too less information in the opening post.
