I would like to point out a bug in the wallet.

In the android wallet - minor - when you change denomination the currency converter does not change so the reading is off.


In the regular wallet - windows anyway - when sending TIPS there is a dropdown so you can send as TIPS, k TIPS, or M TIPS. The dropdown does nothing haha

I tried to send 500 k TIPS, and it sent 500 TIPS.

Finally, this thread is coming back to life. People need to understand why it is important to post on BTCtalk:

1. Before anything else bitcointalk.org aswell cryptocointalk.com are the gateways to cryptocurrencies. So it is normal that here is where newbies and members come to know what is cryptocurrency all about and want also to be keeped up to date.
2. To not create FUD among community everything should be in the open to discuss and improve developement here (IRC also for some) and using media channels like Reddit, Facebook, Twitter which are important to spread the word of TIPS.
3. Some communities like DOGE they communicate almost through reddit and some other social media but they are already mainstream out there BUT if you look at their thread there is always some FUD because of "silence" that as been taking place in their thread here at BTCtalk. Let's not forget that here it was where all began for them and for TIPS also and almost anyother coin out there! Here was the launching pad. We still have a whole bunch to make this community WAY bigger than it is. Make some noise. Feel free to present new ideas. Welcome newcomers and tip them. This last 2 pages inspired me again because I saw people trying to come to concense and finding better ways to keep on working for TIPS

Well' it's good for a "inside joke tweet"  for a "possible viralness" I guess, but it's definitely not right way to approach celebrity if you want their approval. I don't know what is - never approached a celebrity.

But... if I'd need to, first of all, I would be extremelly nervous. Second, I'd contact their representatives via official channels and explain about crypto in a simplest words possible and would either:
a) offer an idea or a plan (approved and supported by altcoin community) of charity, which I'd know we could do
b) offer a story of an idea or a plan of charity, which was already executed

I talk about charity like I would in some KARMA thread, something related to the tipping might be more suitable here.
