@ ju34400

You have very strong views on this subject and you have not held back in your views or your words. I understand your frustrations at bounty manager jamalaezaz.

The behaviour of bounty manager jamalaezaz (since Tokenpay CEO Derek Capo refused to pay the bounty) has been nothing short of shocking.

Sure Tokenpay and its CEO Derek Capo are to blame because they refused to pay the bounty BUT bounty manager jamalaezaz created an environment which allowed Tokenpay CEO Derek Capo the opportunity to refuse paying out. The skype chat log in the OP which was posted to shore up support for those that got scammed, instead shows utter incompetence on part of bounty manager jamalaezaz.

jamal is obviously a scammer. that post he made that he need $3m? you realy think he is going for a lawyer? purely obviously scam

it's not a screenshot, it's a pdf of your original spreadsheet
a pdf is like a picture but with links

for example when guys joined in week 3 or 4, but have week 1-2 also validated, it looks suspicious

my favorite is Gusfall https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/gusfall-1106017
he joined the dec 16th (week 5) but have all weeks validated at max of share without made any report
and the better, this twiter doesnt even exist https://mobile.twitter.com/Gusfall077

there are a lot like him, its obviously your accounts, no legit bounty manager would do this

i don't care of my bounty, i just want prevent you make again money by scamming peoples anymore
that doesn't proof that those are my accounts. there could be many reasons. most probably that is the picture of unfinished spreadsheet. I don't speak indonasian. and btw. I can't cliek those links. to me it's pdf file but it have only images. not actualy spreadsheet.
instead of capturing the spreadsheet and creating a pdf you should've simply made a copy of spreadsheet and made a spreadsheet itself.. or just Archive that using archive.is
Yes, there is a spreadsheet, but somebody has checked whether there are many separate players. In any spreadsheet, any company can have this. But, in my opinion, this does not at all justify the attitude of the team to the legitimate participants of this Bounty company.

Having said that I do believe the accusation made by Tokenpay and its CEO Derek Capo regarding multiple accounts by jamalaezaz have some truth in them and also the problems jamalaezaz had with Fruitsbasket does not help either.
Provided it's true but is it right not to pay the entire campaign participants, seems like they don't give proper justice to their judgement.
Only the manager is at fault here and I still believe that majority of the participants are doing their job honestly.

I believe since this is the start of the year, they should change their view on this matter and sort things out or this will live forever.

Think the user "Gusfall" is operated by somebody else. jamalaezaz is from a different country and speaking a different language to the original posts made by Gusfall who seems to be Malaysian or Indonesian.

Dear TOKENPAY community. We are pleased to inform you about our project https://tpchats.top/ which logs all important telegram chats related to TOKENPAY. We believe that TOKENPAY Chats will be a valuable addition to the TOKENPAY ecosystem. During the work of the site, we have already received a large number of positive feedback from community members. The project is under active development. The project has its own team of programmers, ready at any time to solve new technical problems and make new improvements.

What is implemented at the moment:
You can read your favorite sites in a convenient form for you through https://tpchats.top/
The site is optimized for work and on mobile devices. There is a search by keyword and date. It is possible to read the chat you want in your native language using Google Translate. The translation is not perfect, but it will allow you to receive the latest news as quickly as possible from the first sources.

In the near future, we plan to add the ability to share a specific telegram post in social networks. On the one hand, this will allow you to share interesting content with your friends and subscribers, and on the other hand, it will positively influence the development of TOKENPAY ’s popularity in general.

There is a lot of work ahead, we have planned a huge number of interesting and useful improvements. If you have any suggestions for improving our site, please write - we will try to take everything into account and use it in the further development of the site.

If you think that some important chat related to TOKENPAY is missing on our website, please write and we will add it.

This topic was stretched to 80 pages, but did not bring anything to the participants of this company bounty. During this time, I have already calmed down and accepted this sad reality.
In my opinion, unfortunately, there is no longer any sense to continue this discussion.
All we could do here is just to create a vibration in the air with our words.
Good for you that you have move on already, but some of us are still not moving on because we want our effort to be paid.
I don't know if the manager of the bounty are still active in finding ways to pay their participants, but I hope the team one day will change their mind.

@Vaculin

Thank you for the post

Very well said. If people have moved on and are happy or content for them to be scammed of their tokens then that is for them.

As for those that wish to pursue any avenue of that might lead to any chance of getting any of their due back, then that is some thing for them. I still put the most of the blame for this debacle directly at the bounty manager jamalaezaz because he has not been competent when dealing with TokenPay or when trying to find a legal solution to this matter.

I am not happy and not content with the fact that I was not paid for my time. I just doubt that it will change anything here.
Yes jamalaezaz made mistakes. But did you see what the team of the TOKENPAY SCAM said? They charged the manager in using multi-accounts. This is the only reason why the hunters were left with nothing, and the SCAMERS team decided that this was enough. Moreover, without presenting a single proof! Just words.
Is it possible, after this, to expect from these people something adequate?

Well the moral of the story is to stay away from a bounty manager that does not care. The conduct of jamalaezaz is highly questionable too because he did not even try to defend bounty participants.

Don't know which is worst: Doesn't care, Doesn't listen, or Doesn't have the time to.
One thing is for sure though, picking bounty managers that do know how to "communicate" - doesn't matter what you native language is or if you can't learn Chinese, Russian, Italy, English, and French in order to satisfy the global client base. However, any BM worth their salt should not only be able to understand the nature of feedback and response, but also ensure that their reputation is never put through the wringer by having a signed contract to go with every deal.
And oh, reading the contract's expectations and requirements THOROUGHLY

You are right in pointing out and asking about which bounty manager is worse. In the case of this bounty manager jamalaezaz he does not seem to interested anymore. He hides behind the shield of saying that he needs 3 BTC to pay a US based lawyer to start legal action. He did not take the well thought out advice that he was given by myself and others regarding finding a lawyer on a no-win-no-fee basis.

Clearly Tokenpay scammed the bounty participants and very cleverly blamed jamalaezaz but jamalaezaz was the one that could have helped protect the interests of bounty participants before his own ego.

When jamalaezaz posted that he was no longer the going to be involved in Monaco bounty he immediately removed his post and sent a PM asking me to remove my post which I refused to do and still can be found here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.20130228

It shows jamalaezaz actively went out to post against Monaco and they came to a fast arrangement to avoid negative publicity during the ICO and the key thing is Monaco paid jamalaezaz as there was no complaints later but in the case of Tokenpay they never backed down and instead switched tables and change their stance from partially blaming jamalaezaz to fully blaming hima nd accusing him of fraud..

I saw the skype screenshots and looked at the situation as best as I could with all information available and can conclude jamalaezaz is highly culpable in this debacle. Simply saying "Tokenpay scammed the bounty participants" is an oversimplification.

If a bounty manager cannot articulate himself in all manner and all times including when being accused of fraud then they should stop and return back to their real-world job because they are making a mockery of people participating in the bounties.

What a Trainwreck, this is why you have to be so careful when it comes to shitcoins and especially when they're asking you for money.
