Unfortunately, I think that there is a low probability to bring the team of the TOKENPAY to justice or to get a reward.

I agree with you but going by what the bounty manager wrote a few posts back I doubt it.

I doubt if majority of us will participate, when it comes to money I guess people will not easily donate.
The best solution is IMO is the bounty manager will spend money from his own pocket so it will be faster and if it will be successful that would be the time he can ask for the contribution, people nowadays think that way I guess.

It is sad to see, here, such a weak activity of the participants of the company's bounty.  Perhaps many, just, went further.

I do not understand the participants of the translation company or the signature company. They have the right to significant remuneration.

Yes, I am a member of Twitter and Facebook and my reward is not great. But it's not that. The fact is that this behavior of the TOKENPAY team can serve as a bad example for other new projects. And for this, I think that it is very important not to ignore, but to take part and help in the recovery of justice. It is important.

If the spreadsheets were open, I could, at least, notify all the participants of the company in signature in the PM about this initiation.

The bounty manager said he will try to take action in US court if there are contributions to help pay for fees.

He wants to take action against TokenPay scammers. So far 2 people have said they will donate.

No movement, the only thing that makes this thread active is because more people are complaining about the reward that they should receive.
The team as of now still do not care on the issue and they have no plans giving the reward, that's really disappointing.

I do not understand why armaggedon writes this. I have not seen a single mistake from jamalaezaz.  There were accusations from Derek against jamalaezaz, but more than one evidence was not provided for this. I saw that jamalaezaz was trying to figure out this problem, but when he realized that this was frankly scam, he tried to raise the community, bounty programs, but there were not many of them, and those that were, were later banned in Telegram. I wrote about the problem on Facebook, but this is without result.
I am was a participant in this bounty program. I do not remember what my reward was (about 500$). But I am willing to share expenses.

Me too invest a great time in the bounty but I already moved on and i dont care anymore cause the project is going smoothly well.
yeah I know it's a let down that they did not pay the bounty  but again i already moved on and have bags load of tpay
well, i hope i will never see a TOKENPAY OVERPRICED SCAM when tokenpay starts gaining momentum. it was already below ICO price. I'm not foricing my way in to you bounty hunters and i know there is more projects in crypto but still you cant deny that the project is going pretty well and its just a matter of time before it rise.

Well thank you for the post. If the bounty manager can arrange a few more people hopefully that would be enough to start a class legal action against these TokenPay scammers

I am willing to share expenses. I can't remember how much TPAy is was going to receive from the bounty, but it was close to 3k usd at the time.

It was mentioned in an earlier post that Token Pay scammer CEO Derek Capo and his team might have targeted jamalaezaz to make him the bounty campaign manager in order to switch the tables and blame him because of his negative Trust.

It was only when I read a post from FruitsBasket that I understood that Token Pay scammer CEO Derek Capo alleged jamalaezaz made multiple aliases and that was cited as an excuse for non-payment :  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.27929630

That really impress how TokenPay Coin and similar projects exist when everybody knows about this situation with failed payout to bounty hunters. But it seems that nobody care it (except bh ofc).
If project cheated somebody even one time, nothing can forbid them to do this action twice and more.

Thank you for the post. Since you are the bounty manager it is important for you to keep active in this thread from to time.

The sad fact of the matter is that TokenPay will not pay voluntarily because if they wanted to they would have done so by now. That does not mean they will not pay if the correct approach is taken. With the length of time that has passed it means a new approach is essential.

About the lawyer, I understand what you mean about lack of fees to pay the law firm. May I ask which country the lawyer is located in because I think these scammers are based in USA.

You say you are the biggest loser in this with 30,000 TPay tokens but is the list of bounty participants still available for all to see? If so where is the link please?

If none of the 2000 bounty participants are stepping forward with a class lawsuit action then to me the reason is because their share would be small. So far my calculations are:

Step 1) 135,000 TPay tokens - 30,000 (bounty manager) = 105,000 TPay
Step 2) 105,000 TPay tokens / 2000 participants = 52.5 TPay

If your top handful of bounty participants have several thousand US$ each then they should agree to a class action. The problem is that out of 2000 participants nobody has come forward to share the expenses of the lawyer. So if only 4 or 5 people sue the TokenPay owners by paying for a lawyer and win the case the courts will force TokenPay to pay everybody. Will somebody owed 1 TPay or 0.25 TPay be interested?

it's their plan to pretend to be innocent.

they did not paid as of now. they are still scammers. they are trying to be very active . but one day they'll have to answer everything. I had these negative trusts even before their bounty. so this excuse is totally lame.



I tried to do my best. but I can not do anything alone. I got tired by asking bounty participants to support me. I asked them to report their telegram group. their twitter facebook accounts. and then my plan was to make all 2000 bounty participants to send emails to FBI and SEC. you can imagine when the police received 2000 complaints against someone (a company) then there must be some action taken.
but no one tried to help me. 
I am the biggest victim of that scam. as I lost total 30,000 TPay Coins.
I even talked with a Law Firm and after listening to our Case the lawyers was very positive about that case. they promised me to fight the case on our behalf. but I couldnn't arrange their fee alone.

If the TokenPay team banned or kicked people in their Discord and Telegram then that means they wanted to censor them. The community should have flooded their Facebook and Twitter to fall back on.

What still remains to be answered is why the bounty program manager posted here for the last time on 12th August 2018 but today is 5th October 2018.

What has the bounty program manager jamalaezaz been doing since then to get back the 135,000 TPay tokens that are owed to bounty participants?

This was the case in the first time after the community learned about the team's fraud, but all attempts to influence the payments were unjustified. Participants were banned in chat telegram for any mention of bounty or simply ignored any questions about it! Therefore, this topic was created.
