What a load of bullshit, they are planning on buying a shady bank in Vanuatu and MAYBE getting cards issued.
It is clear you don't know much about offshore banking as Vanuatu is not on the OECD blacklist and hasn't been for a year. The jurisdiction is a fairly good one with A+ ratings on privacy and is crypto friendly. As a community we need to support Vanuatu. It is the only government in the world that is now transacting in Bitcoins. Where else would you want to be? You sound like you have an axe to grind with somebody at TokenPay.
There is absolutely NO WAY any foreign bank is going to allow withdrawals from a card issued by a shady bank in Vanuatu where the majority of funds have come from Crypto with Zero knowledge using the TOR network, it is apples and oranges.
Anyone who believes this card/bank will become a working product is dreaming the ICO Is a SCAM.

The irony is that tokenpay based its blockchain technology in bitcoin but it used Proof-of-Stake while bitcoin used Proof-of-Mining.
