I think tier one have not yet been paid the dev is inactive for quiet sometime now and we are waiting for his update when will the tier one get paid.

until now i'm not receive the coin from Tier 1, maybe dev busy or he just wait until all the Tier is finish and start to distributed the coin to member who already join

I have not receive any tier one coins yet and we are nearing tier two give away if we got lucky and tier two started and tier one have not been paid the work load on the dev will be doubled.
Probably the dev want to have the list of all the interested people then payout everybody at once, this would really stop some early dumping and sales that could devalue the coin.I guess that`s the reason, but none is gonna dump if their is no exchange accepting the coins yet, staking early would be also great.
