I guess it was a smart idea to limit the 1st and 2nd Tier giveaways as all the lower class members are screaming "where's exchange, where's exchange ?" and not even reading the OP...
Obviously there is less higher rank members than learners so earlier Tier coins should be in safer hands

how could you think about exchange if still distribution did not start yet???
I've asked if there are plans about exchange... because this is not a thing that require just an hour, or something like that.
How could you just focus on coin distribution without thinking about what will be needed after that!???

afte that when i started the windows wallet it is still not syncing, still not sync message is appearing, Can anyone help me here , i am asking help from past 2 days no one is helping.

Create a file tomorrowcoin.conf with this:
addnode=101.165.225.41
addnode=91.241.174.7
addnode=84.200.32.199
addnode=151.227.224.92
Put file tomorrowcoin.conf in - C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\TomorrowCoin
Just checked - all synchronized.
If does not work, check your antivirus and firewall

The firewall is blocking the connection dang it, i am using a windows 10 64 bit PC,.

Yes my wallet has been in sync since the windows wallet was released, ubuntu wallet works fine as well so I am unsure of your problem.... did you label the .conf as TomorrowCoin ?
