I've already addressed this issue and still people are not reading...
My Message Box is being flooded by members and full members not reading..... Though there is quite a bit of Sr. + Members applying 
And yes when the next Tier Giveaways open those who applied beforehand that qualified with their member rank can do so again if they wish.

Also note that there is 4619.99999999 TMRW included in the Total Pre-Mine Distribution on top of the Initial Pre-Mine block as I accidently included what I mined solo in it but it doesn't matter as I can get some more Tomorrow, Tomorrow
Consider it the contribution to the Twitter Campaign and Translation Bounties
Oh well we all make mistake sometimes just like selling Bitcoin for $30..... But that's another story.
