Can you give more details about what is the bounty and what are you going to give to bitcointalk member rank giveaways, is it meaning only for member rank, or member rank and above , and how much coins you are going to give in free giveaways.
The original intention was to be a series of giveaways (3 in total) the first one Sr. Member, Hero Member & Legendary, then 3-4 weeks later Member, Full Member, Sr. Member, Hero Member & Legendary, then the last & Final one would be every member rank besides Brand New & Newbie.
When I say % Percentage of the Pre-Mine is because of that reason as the calculations will have to be done for per giveaway.
Can you also upload the windows wallet ?

Yes it is
It is a different codebase then what all the pump and dump and wallet builders coins use so you can see that they are mine, basically you count from the 0's as 8x 0's = satoshi and after the 8th 0 is a whole coin.

Is there a Pool someone can setup to mine on ? I can't get much with my shitty spare computer solo CPU mining on the Ubuntu wallet lol
Also it is a long term coin as when coins are mined you have to wait 1441 Blocks which is estimated as Tomorrow hahaha Lucky the sending isn't like that though

I guess being that way it gives people and forum members incentive to hold since it takes a while for mined coins to mature and people who mine a block will have to wait till tomorrow for their tomorrow, you never know what tomorrow might bring

That is true but from observations from past times with giveaways like these it is more secure in more longer term members hands than new comers that are still learning.
