We are at the bottom of crypto crush. But some day this year it will start to rise in a way that you will be amazed. I remember moaning about "why i sold all my litecoins for 10 cents year ago" etc. For sure not every coin will rise but some will. Diversification is the key.

Someone from the blackcoin community actually constructed the multipool. I will look into some options of setting something similar up for TOP, but in the meantime, anyone who would like to help support in this fashion can use http://www.middlecoin.com/ and then use the BTC they earn to purchase more TOP!

I have had those added for about 8 hours, no syncing. I also saw a post where someone else said those weren't working for them either.

They are the same that I am using, and I'm not having any connection issues. Have you tried turning off firewall/virus/etc. software to make sure it is not preventing the connections?
Either way, I will bring this up with topdude and see if he has an updated list. Thanks for your patience, and sorry they are not working for you.
