I think this is the project you could trust in case you have doubt on other ICO's that we don't even recognize. They have been partnered in Cardano hub so that's +1 for me I guess.

Till now i know Traxia is project from Switzerland. So the funds of crowd-sale will come to Switzerland bank?

The team is complete legit and doing hardwork for the success of TRAXIA.As The hardcap is too much high i think it cause difficulties for acheive it. But as seen the project i hope this project will become successful to get more investeros and acheive good success.i hope this project will acheive it's hardcap goal soon.
I think Cardano will offer a feature that allow ICO project to keep getting fund even after ICO, they still didn't release this feature in current time, but once their platform start work for smart contract, they will add it.
No. as you know Cardano is similar to ethereum. A platform that allows any one to do ICO ( create token, smart contract ) to fund the project in order to start a company, but problem with method is that those company runt out for money after some time and needs more money to keep their business running. Cardano wants to to solve this problem by creating a Treasury which will receive a small percentage of every transaction that happens on the network.
Treasury is a special wallet that isn't controlled by anyone. it's a sort of smart contract that can release a part of the funds to developers who wish to improve their product. Developers have to submit a proposal to the community saying what they want to change and how much money they need for it then the community can vote on the ideas that they think is the most important after a certain amount of time the Treasury takes the most popular proposals and gives them enough money.
This feature can also be done with smart contracts in the Ethereum Blockchain I think there are already platforms that exist who have this as one of their concepts.

I read too many good comments about Traxia in social media and the experts also appreciate Cardano and say that end of the year Cardano is going to moon. Both sides seems to have too many benefits from this fusion.
