I guess that's just legal stuff - in order to avoid conflicts with law or regulatory.
On the technical side those TRST tokens meet the ERC20 standard and can be send from one ethereum address to another - so from this point of view - trading otc or on exchanges can't really be prevented.

I preferred not to invest my money into it, only help promotion through the signature campaign. Those terms and conditions were too big. I was tired after 1 hour reading.

Rumor is there is still no big exchange that wetrust will be traded on. Devs don't want to pay the money. It would be nice if we got an update since that decision would fuck everyone here...

You can pay to get on polo. Pascal coin didn't dazzle polo with its shit tech. They paid that got on like dozens of other coins. Wetrust raised over 4 million dollars... what the fuck are the devs going to do with 4 mil? They maybe need half of that to actually develop the platform, and that's a worst case scenario.

Everything is on plan if you are following the team than you know this how professional they are. I have trust in WeTrust this will be very successful and in long term this will be very useful token in real life.
How much has been raised? Can someone post an ico addy. I have to make sure money was collected in a legit and transparent way, I will skim through the transaction history and mark all the duplicate addys after which I will compose a article where all these addys in question will be listed, and sell that piece to coindesk. They will pay well for fraud news.
The amount raised can be found on their ICO website, the information is in public domain instead of coming here asking for such information
