And If my transaction is not processed for many hours, does that mean i will miss out on 30% bonus, even though I was one of the first who purchased coins?

It an impressive start within 2 hours by raising approximately 500 Bitcoins by selling 1,818,257 TFL. Before saying anything I would keep following the continuously changing figures of investment. This kind of start has cleared the direction already. Many people surely are facing unconfirmed transactions and actual amount is surely bigger.

If user was put his address to his account, then tokens were reserved to him and after paying user may take tokens with ask from his wallet

I don't have to put it. The block explorer shows the actual transactions already. There is not token sent. And the contract address is not a token address.
