I am a little bit worried about the big error in algorithm, the equal distribution should be one of the most important elements in a lottery.

Yeah I see it too. are you sure 49 is supposed to be a possible number to be drawn? Join the telegram and ask to speak with the developers, if it's really an issue they might give you a bounty.
