Usually only the state organisations pays for the retraining cources. Doctors from private clinics visit such retrainig courses by themselfs. The same is with hairdressers, cosmetologists.

I agree that the the platform of Trusted can be userd in many cases. To get a diploma it takes 5 years, but there are a lot of trading courses that gives the sertificats about 1-3 mounth education. And even such certification may be fake.

Unfortunately, the project will not be able to help. Medical workers must retrain and receive a diploma in the country in which they work.
And unfortunately, this applies not only to medical diplomas. Many other focused professions need, at a minimum, proof of qualification.
Here I am about the same thing, that in some moments the loading of our diplomas in the TrustED project application will not help us.

As mentioned above, there are such specialties diplomas that are not rolled in other countries. And so you need to be trained again. Here, of course, the project will not be able to help.
In the application, devs can make an additional function to add some data confirming education without a diploma. If possible.
I think this platform is focused primarily on validating and verifying academic credentials by harnessing the power of blockchain technology which includes diplomas and certifications among others. I guess most academic institutions will appreciate it very much.
