Fraud is possible in different stagers. That is why usualy scools double all the documents. They have a computer version of documents and paper version.
Usualy peoples fake only the paper version of documents. They do not fake the computer registers.
Forging computer registers is much more difficult than to prepare fake diplomas. Therefore, no one will change the computer database. Petty crooks will not be able to do this, and hackers are not interested.
I also think that nobody will falsify the computer register of the application of this project, because the database will be created on the blockchain. Therefore, it will be very problematic to copy and redo it in its own way.
It is imposible to fake the blockhain. Becouse every owener of thick wallet has a copy of blockchain. Blockhain is the best way to keep the information

I think there are more fake diplomas than scool certificats. And I think there are a lot of fake sertificats of different courses for example from automobile scools to get car drive licences.
