There are a lot of projects related to lending.(ex, ETHlending, SALT, etc) However, This project seems to adopt the process similar to DAO successfully.

Introducing Union

Union will serve as a platform to provide financial product based on social capital, trust and commitments. It will run on Ethereum blockchain technology to provide autonomous smart contract, which will ease the lending, and savings process without the intermediaries.
