Watching https://xchange.universa.io/network this week, you may have noticed the network code version has increased to 3.9.1 (and so the Java API in Maven, and so the codebase in Github) on most of the nodes.

May seem a minor upgrade, but actually a huge work behind.

First and foremost – meet contracts API level 4!

Going steadily toward 4.0 which is pretty good.

That's great news. A Myodov actually implied that it's quite an important update. I think the nodes are coming.

No updates? Just look back into the last 5 pages and see what news was discussed.
The swap has been working for almost half a year now. You would be able to swap it all in half a year even if you had millions of UTN (which you obviously don't since an intelligent investor won't spread FUD knowing that he destroys the value of his own investment by doing that).
