I think you are referring to U reservation. You can reserve U for UTN using the old client. Beta doesn't support reserving for UTN for now.

No, there was no such thing for me. Everything worked without any problems. Maybe you should update or change your browser. I tried with Chrome and Mozilla and it went fine.

Most likely you made a mistake and chose the opposite direction of the utnp-utn swap. This is exactly the commission when you give erc20, and you get a native token. I do not know why the team introduced this commission.

Nope, I don't have any. I had a problem when swapping due to lack of funds at hot swap wallet.

Currently UTN-P token is tradable (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/universa/#markets), UTN (inner token) is not, but it will be in the future.
