Did somebody already changed their UNTP (ERC20) to UTN?
I paid 135 UTNP, created account, but "UTNP to UTN Exchange" doesnt work. After clicking the button, nothing happens.

And we have Bitfinex/Ethfinex also!
indeed very good for projects like UNIVERSA, Universa tokens have been listed in some top exchangers, such as Ethfinex, Bitfinex, coinbene and livecoin, maybe they will be listing in binance or bittrex in the future, but Universa dropped 8% today

Hitbtc has raised the cost of utnp over 2000 NTN, what that means  Huh Huh

HitBTC delisted UTNP. UTN was never listed on any exchange.
But the exchange can still store utnp if you kept them on this exchange before delisting. At least my utnp has been stored on a Hitbtc wallet until recently.
Yep, but we are not responsible for the exchange's activity.

I was really disappointed, you registered trading on the exchange and there is no contract to protect customers in such cases, the withdrawal fee of 2000 utnp is really too bad. I bought 20000 peak price and now my real value is zero
One more time, please. We are not responsible for the exchange's activity. You should send all your requests directly to the HitBTC support. Thanks for understanding.

It's better to forget HitBTC. Holders should withdraw their tokens. There are other exchanges have listed Universa. The trade volume on Coinbene is high. Livecoin and cobinhood are also good exchanges.

You should do your own research before sending your tokens to an exchange.

Are some exchanges enter into a client protection contract? The rate of the commission is internal questions of each exchange. And coin developers have no influence on this.

It is better to take withdraw instead of making complain about withdraw fee. All people aware of this what kind of behavior that exchange they always charge too high fees.

Of course it is better to transfer tokens to another place. Moreover, we know that Hitbtc support works very poorly.

Where can I find detailed instructions for the swap of tokens?

Should I create a new wallet on the beta version and send my UTN tokens from the old wallet there or can I use my existing private key to log in to the beta version?

Most likely this is due to the reduction in the price of the token. It seems natural to me. Secondly, Hitbtc is famous for its antics and unexpected decisions.

I want to ask why the main wallet for swap is replenished with small amounts of utnp and with delays? Sometimes it gives the impression of incorrect system operation.

It was replenished just 2 days ago. When it's used up, we will replenish again. But delays can be indeed sometimes. Keep in mind that it's beta version now.
In principle, this is not a big problem, wait one day until the system administrator replenishes the wallet. But why make a deliberate delay?

We replenished the wallet by 10x times more than in the previous time. Now it's enough for the time being. The delay was not deliberate. Next time we will try to do it in time. Thank you for pointing it out.
