Well, it needs a good promotion and everything is possible in the crypto world.

We need petitions in order to make it to some exchanges, contact them via email, twitter etc.

Btw, market activity is around 200BTC or $160,000 so a few sell orders for a total of $6,500 over several days will not have any effect on the market.
Someone wants those cheap shares.
I think an auction will fetch a better price and draw more publicity.

This is a good cause and I want to help out and donate, but before I do I would like someone to explain to me exactly how we will help the guy.
There is no exchange that converts USD to USDE... The guy cannot pay his bills with USDE... He probably needs the money NOW and not after a year... The only way to help right now is to go and dump the USDE(at a very low price) collected from the fundraiser and convert it to bitcoins, and even then the bitcoins have to be converted to USD because the dog service company will not accept bitcoins. Also, to raise a value of $6500 at current prices that's almost 2 million USDE... So, how can we help him with this fundraiser?
The coins are not necessarily needed to be changed to BTC, avoiding the dump
One option for example is to auction the coins in a thread here in bitcointalk, or ebay, for $payment ^^Indeed that is also a valid option

Not a real value though :I Follow the last trades a few minutes and you can see theres sells within seconds of 100, 200, 300, 400 usde. This been going on for hours, which is jacking up the
And obviously the trades are done by the manipulator(s) = no actual change of ownership.
