To Admin: How is the popularity of this coin in China? Are the services used often? I am wondering because I see that there is a lot of volume on yuanbaohui, however, I am trying to find out if this is just from the pump or if people are actually interested due to the services VPNcoin has to offer.

You need the 1132 version,
Please backup your wallet.dat, and del all files under VpnCoin's blockchain folder,
Then start Vpncoin-qt.exe
