I never sent any money to the beggar claiming to be from Ukraine, who was spamming micro transactions to dozens of addresses, the notes in the blockchain refer to the transaction below them and not above. The public notes about buying Casascius coins show that it's my address.

I've been asked to confirm that I'm the original 75 BTC investor in the ICO in order to show that this is not the dev, I don't know if it's necessary but am doing so anyway and while I'm about it I'm correcting the above post.

Others will see it as a bad thing, not much I can do about that, the best seems to be I just leave them alone on that address as intended and see what happens to the coin.
It's the developments that will really count, no point in worrying about the short term price imo.
