Wow. it's very nice to see the new wallet for VIA . it's suitable for segwit.

I also did a commit to the Litcoin source code to optimize it: https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/pull/316
But for now this feature is only available on the 64bits versions. (Yes it's implemented in this Beta wallet)

* Syncing the wallet can take a few hours. It can show "2 years and 42 weeks" but in help > debug can you see that it's syncing

I have just invested 4BTC today into Viacoin. I see very similarities with Bitbay. Both devs could have started a new coin and created a ICO creating 1000's of BTC but they have stuck at it and now starting to see their hard work rewarded.
