It's easy to tell when a coin is doing well - the thread starts getting troll posts from noob accounts trying to discredit the dev & moan about price.....

Hey everyone, what I can see is that when romanornr came with news then VIA sparked up... meaning that if he decides to leave then coin would go down again? From my viewpoint price can be manipulated this way If I'd be on developers side, I'd buy as many coins as I can before and sell it after, 6x-10X profit

I honestly don't know what you're talking about. Did you maybe look at a different coin/chart?Because when I open the VIA chart, the price is up by a lot. We're currently slightly below 15000sat, and if my memory (read: the chart) serves me right, we were at like 4000sat only a few weeks ago. Hell, we even had a rage dump to slightly above 1000sat, if you count from that, we're up like 10x. From the base of 4000sat, it's still more than 3x.

I downloaded the viacoin wallet from viacoin.org but something seems wrong with the wallet. First when I tried my norton went crazy and kept deleting the file ( he does that with all wallets but you can restore and give permission to run it always except with viacoin) and when I finally had fixed the problem the windows setup turned immediately into the wallet itself 
so maybe that is normal just havent seen it before? And now its syncing but is goes so slow, i see blocks getting downloaded but after many hours its still hasnt moved up a week still have 2 years and 37 weeks to go. What am I missing here?

still have 2 years and 37 weeks to go. What am I missing here?If you have never used VIA before I guess your problem is that the 0.10.11 release is only the wallet executable and not an installer. I had the same problem when I tried to install VIA on a second computer, first installing 0.10.8 and replacing the executable with 0.10.11 solved it in my case.

I am loving the updates, hard work and of course price but what's up with all these new accounts that have less than 5 posts leaving just one sentence "Amazing update, will definitely invest more" posts.
edit: somehow I missed that SparkyU called it out already.
whoever is doing this, this is not a pump and dump coin, no need to "inflate" the interest in this way.
Yeah those new accounts are a bit strange. I have a decent amount of followers on twitter (4500+) who followed my work since September so it seems like some of them made an account to show support.edit: somehow I missed that SparkyU called it out already.

For now I am happy with everyone being positive.
My interest for this coins came when I noticed those veteran members as well. Next to this, the amount of work Roman keeps putting in is exciting. I'm seeing some real Proof of Work here
