Neo Scrypt is a very nice algo, I think I will give it a try really soon. Premine is always a disadvantage though. Some guys could donate funds for cryptopia listing...

The market price is determined by the buyers and it doesn't has any correlation with your own cost. You can start making furniture by hand and try to sell them over your own cost, but likely nobody will buy them as the furniture factories can sell similar for cheaper. The only exception if you can offer something unique, something worth paying the extra for... What can Vivo offer which makes it better than everything else we have already seen? If nothing special, people will buy CHC, ARC, DAS and many other masternode coins for a fraction of your asking price.

It wouldn't need 10 people with 100 each, something like 100, 500, 200 and 200 would work as well. So one can get more than 1 seat. We currently need 9 more seats to be filled.

I don't want to go lower than 100 as it will be a pain handling like 20 people for one node.

EDIT: I received a donation of 100 coins, which means I will take 2 seats, so 8 seats left!

I think, you are completly wrong. Because nobody gives you a coin under own cost.

I am willing to put up the following offer:

Shared Masternode Hosting (wwf's SMH)

If we get 10 people together, each having 100 VIVO, I will set up an MN with those 1000 VIVO.
Means at the current reward of 10 VIVO per block, everyone gets 0.5 VIVO rewarded per payout that hits that MN.

I will chip in the first 100 VIVO. I will pay for the MN hosting and get the exact same reward as anyone else.
Payouts of rewards will be sent WEEKLY on Sundays to each of the holders. Rewards can be tracked via the explorer so everyone can exactly see what the node made.

Coins will be held in a separate secured VM. If I lose the amount of VIVO I hold for other people, I will be responsible for paying them back

TERMS:
- I will call amounts of hundreds a "seat"
- Rounds will be called "runs" and last for one week
- The first run for a new MN might start mid-week, however first payouts happen on THE NEXT SUNDAY
- Seats will be offered for the duration of a full run
- If you want to free up your seat you have to tell me 3 days in advance before the current run ends
- If you don't tell me about getting rid of your seat, you will be automatically included in the next run
- If a seat is freed up and can't be filled with someone else, all seats will be paid out on the next Sunday. This includes rewards for the run and seat coins
- There will be NO PAYOUTS during a run under no circumstances unless all holders of seats agree and can sign a request.
- I will be responsible for the collateral amount I hold for an MN
- You will have to sign a message with the address that will receive payouts and the initial seat collateral in case you get out and also to get in in the first place

The message has to be exactly as follows:


- I suggest using a Bitcoin address that has been staked here. Only quoted addresses of unedited posts will be accepted.

The downside of this idea:

- You will have to trust me as I will hold 1k vivo in a separate wallet
- If you want to get out, you won't be able to get your 100 VIVO back before Sunday's final payout because you would simply kill the MN for everyone else
- If you want to get your initial stake out you have to inform me 3 days in advance (via PM on BTCT), so I can find someone else willing to participate

NOTE:

I can not do estimations of what an MN will earn as this depends on the total number of nodes. However, if you do trust me this is a chance to get a node up without having 1000k on hand.

I would like to start with 1 MN to see how it goes. However, the offer is not limited to 1 node. If you are interested feel free to reply in here or hit me up on VIVO's slack.

LOL. I joined the vivo Telegram as soon as it was announced. I tried to be a part of the community. I had questions with no answers provided so I looked into myself. When I found some issues after reviewing the wallet and other vivo resources (all public before ANN), I contacted via PM with questions = no reply. Then I brought it up on Telegram channel = immediate reply. I was told to give proof. I gave proof and was then immediately called names and other things then blocked. Then I was target of peachey's abusive replies via PM so I blocked him. (Children use my laptop!) Watch out who you invest you money in. What are their motives? That applies to ALL crypto. I found out vivo's devs motive VERY quickly = copy/paste/alter/profit. fast. Look into and choose for yourself as we all should.

I had a list of about 30 things I wanted to share. He/they did not want to hear it. Too late now. ANN made and now public. No bounties or mature communication = delete.

If I wanted to screw vivo, I would have put links to wallet/core and source code and all links on all mediums a week+ BEFORE announcement and caused chaos before the final release and ANN with multiple wallet releases and multiple blockchains with hundreds of anxious people wondering WTF and that could have delayed ANN or destroyed vivo.

But I kept my word to peachey that I would not. (I am a man of MY word, at least.) That would be so a dick move. Even if he was a total dick to me.

Notice how there are NO bounties? (They don't want to give; did all themselves pre-ANN.)
Notice the fancy copied roadmap graphic with little/no information and missing steps?
Notice how everything is "soon"?
Notice the premine vs mining difficulty?
Notice the logo similarity to the logo used by international resellers of Vivo the Chi telecom company?
Notice the delay listing on Nova and the exaggerated P2P cost? (Just like the weeks of delay of ANN which was only 3 days after final version release & re-fork of code with last minute premining)
Notice NO masternode rewards currently?
First milestone = Cryptopia? Don't you mean NovaExchange? Whitepaper?
Offering a 10 vivo bounty (the ONLY bounty) on something that does not yet exist = NO bounty
Look at the details, dates, chronology and you will figure it out for yourself.

I read the ANN, EVERY faulty/incorrect doc in their github and the pre-ANN published website that referred to DAS (copy/paste). They got ahead of themselves and are constantly playing catch-up at our expense of time and patience. (and now BTC!) Then vague information and positive adjectives with no real substance.

I think they made ASIC-resistant with so much premine so they are in control. Because they get pissed off when they are not. It's supposed to be DECENTRALIZED people.

Using SN's name to remain anon while profiting and manipulating others after little work? Shameful. "SN" made a REAL wp and was genius. Don't ever compare or use as an excuse, please. SN isn't pumping BTC. He CREATED SOMETHING NEW and GAVE it to others. Not a copy/paste/alter/profit "shut up or I'll block you for showing the truth".

I waited for weeks before ANN and was interested in vivo. I did my research before and after ANN. I made my choice. Putting the dev's to their word and holding them to the standards in which they openly hold other cryptos to. They are making the SAME mistakes. And more. I tried to share with them and was SHUT DOWN. They don't want to hear it. Why?

That's all I got on vivo. Not worth my time trying to help people understand what happened these past 3+ weeks because no one wants to hear. Including the devs. :p

I'll profit on a REAL crypto. (and I ALWAYS profit, btw)

Good idea... But not only for safety reason, but to conserve your capital. If you buy now for $1+, you would lose a big chunk of this capital. I would be very surprised if after a month in the exchange, Vivo's price would be more than $0.2-$0.25.
It doesn't really matter how difficult is to mine the coin, the only important think is how much the buyers willing to pay for it. And it would need a very good reason to chose this fresh coin instead of some more established one for half the price per masternode. 

Please wait till VIVO is listed in exchange before start to trade (for safety reason)

I am so glad you mentioned this cause it proves that you simply don't do your homework. The hosting was paid, you can get a coin listed too by simply paying the service fee.

It was fun seeing a few newbs create Vivo in the weeks pre-ANN, just before ANN and post-ANN. Verified my initial conception about Nova traded coins. A very rare ocassion thanks to peachey's ever sliding promises and delays.

If vivo @ $8 USD per, then premine = $8mil USD for very LITTLE work before the ANN. WOW!! I think I'll release a new crypto every week and pay people to pump it. (not really, I have ethics and morals and I'm already working on a project that will never touch Nova or it's peers.)
