the question is, how can dev control the mining ? or that was just a network broadcast ?

First time blockchain reset i lost some blocks, second time i got no blocks and i started at very low diff ! with 5 PCs. this is bad  Sad

also when you close the wallet, the program named "Description" keeps running if you check in the Task manager
