Forget fundraising it never works.
Fork the coin create a super block with 30M in give to escrows to hold ....use this to pay for development in the future decided on by the community.
Get some developers that believe in the coin. I mean at 100sats you can stock up with millions of it and build some good features and make yourself rich if you're a dev.

Give the community some goals and something to discuss and debate and they are all over it.
Whiteout is essential for whitecoin. What some people call hype i call an opportunity for new interest in terms of financial injection and actual new blood entering the community. Sure some hype is temporary but hype usually only dies out when the next bigger and better idea comes along, you just have to make sure you are on that instantly and you will see a snowball effect. Lose the hype you see the community shrink along with their btc and support.
It's very simple in life i learned already, even if you believe the masses are stupid for going so crazy over a certain fad or gimmick you need to turn this to your gain, not sit there saying how that's rubbish and cutting yourself off.
"when the winds of change come some build walls and some build windmills" or something like that.... someone said it to me once and i didn't need to hear it twice to grasp it's full meaning.
White coin is cheap right now, i top up on dips. If you hold a bunch of these and put your effort in here on this thread with other holders and get this community going again you will be thankful you did.
Never go crazy on any coin but some coins look way better value than others.
Right now whiteout is needed, yes we are late to the party. However let's get what wind we can from this into our sails and be ready to keep current with all new features as they come out. The community needs some good news, some goals and totally rebuilding really.
If we could have given mindfox a reason to keep with whitecoin not go to crypt and help us forward with our project we would have been in a very good position. I sent some WC to him but i bet not many others did, reward those with talent and skills that try to help your community. If people step up to help you in life make sure to a big thank you.

Early on the WC dev team looked through anon and it was decided that due to some pretty serious security issues/concerns uncovered, that anon was not going to be implemented for WC however...
With the latest implementations that have rolled out, potentially these concerns have since been resolved and could now be implemented in WC?
I would be +1 for a "privacy" function but... I would like the option to use it without privacy.
Not sure if this on/off function can be completed but I can say for certain that a hybrid solution is currently under investigation as I type

The micro buys of another coin(cinni) did help it to keep the price stable, that was with big volume. What would happen if WC did it? A negative sell answered with a positive buy. I think you're right about the value of anon, doesn't really improve the coin in my mind. It does bring some hype so thats a positive.
Better market manipulation from the multipools is probably a better way to increase the value and coins going up bring more interest and capital to the coin.
Could just be a case that there needs more hashrate...
Either way, Anon is probably a good idea, purely as a mechanism for its ability to bring some attention

One of the main goals of the WCF and the volunteers involved is to cater to what the community wants or what we "think" they want. Since anon functionality seems to be such a popular topic of discussion, I would like to ask some questions in interest of opening up a dialog among the Whitecoin community.
First of all, do you want an ANON function in Whitecoin? yes or no?
If yes, what type of ANON functionality would you like to see? Do you want it because of hype or because you truly would prefer to use an anonymous coin over a traditional crypto?
If no, what is your reasoning? Do you believe an anonymous function will do more harm than good? What are the disadvantages of an anonymous coin function?

Yes it is essential. People want choice. Also hype is hype it brings interest and financial input into the coin. Never ignore hype. You use hype to your advantage. Whiteout will be the best thing for whitecoin at this time. The method of anon is best left to the tech types to decide which way is best to go.
Every coin that has announced a serious intention of introducing anon has sky rocketed in popularity and price. YOu would have to spend 100's of thousands on advertising to accomplish the same effect.
I can tell you for certain if you get a serious white paper for whiteout then whitecoin will become very active again. It has to be now though not later. We are late to the anon party as it is.

You have offered some excellent points of discussion. People do want choice. I believe an excellent way to offer them this "choice" would be to provide the option of having an anonymous send. A hybrid anonymous system would allow Whitecoin users to either choose to send coins traditionally OR anonymously. "Whiteout" would be a great name for this
