some coins have great coin base but poor logotype
others have good logotype but poor coinbase

coin base - if it has a lot of non-white (black, grey, etc) thats a no-no - its a "white" coin after all
imo best coin bases are pure white ones, with golden contours, adds perceived "value"

has nice and simple coinbase but for logotype simply typing "whitecoin" just doesnt cut it, it has to be recognizable even when scaled down to small sizes

not a very good color for "white" coin - different color scheme would help this one a lot, replacing light-brown with pure white as a coin base and use golden color for logotype and stars

using stock "w" from some font is not really very striking

which has nice coin base, but logotype is just plain boring and lacking imagination

We will be making a commenting section so that awesome feedback can be provided for each submission. At the end of Round 1, the top 4 logos will have just under 24hrs of tweaking for final voting!

how does voting work?
- 1 wc = 1 vote (so someone loaded can simply pay and give the coin he likes millions of votes and its selected even if eveyone else dislikes it?)
- 1 transaction = 1 vote (same as above, just takes 5 more minutes to script millions of 1wc transactions)
- even limit by ip can be bypassed by voting bots using proxies, or botnets
- or to be eligible to vote user has to be registered on btctalk and to prevent botted new registrations, some limit like only those registered before the end of 2013 and maybe some account activity

For round 1 there is currently no cap, Round 2 will have restrictions in place

Vote for the new look of Whitecoin!

The community has rallied once again. Whitecoin has a new team of developers, a new foundation and a new vision for the future.

It was decided by our community that the best way to celebrate the rebirth of Whitecoin was to throw out the old image of our coin and replace it with a brand new identity. An identity we can be proud to support and carry into the future as we progress as a top level crypto-currency.

The community was given 7 days to submit their logo entries. Designers and artists from all corners of the Earth were given the opportunity to produce what they felt best represented the new look of Whitecoin. The designs submitted in these 7 days are a true testament to the high level of creativity, skill and devotion that is present within the supporters of Whitecoin. Now that the submission period has come to a conclusion, it is time to vote on the logo that best represents the future of Whitecoin!

There will be two 96 hour voting periods.

The top four logos with the most votes from Round 1 will move onto Round 2.

The top four finalists from Round 1 will be given 24 hours to refine and revise their logos before the commencement of Round 2.

At the end of Round 2, the logo with the most votes will become the new Official Logo of Whitecoin!

All logo submissions have been given a corresponding Whitecoin address. Voters will vote on the submitted logos by sending the desired amount of Whitecoin to the logo of their choice.
1 Whitecoin = 1 Vote.

The Whitecoins collected in the voting process will serve as donations to the Whitecoin Foundation to further the future developments of our coin such as marketing, PR, advertising, bounties, talent outreach etc.

I bet there is a lot of people out there looking for a stable coin with anonymous transaction features...
Blackcoin seems to be working on PoS2.0, so is there any development of features going on lately which

Aimed for contrast and scalability.

Top & bottom images are identical (yay for alpha channels). The outer ring was required for a black background as the logo perimeter 'disappeared' without it.
