All you guys who are having trouble with your pools..move to chunkypools. Seriously. Miners-pool has been offline so many times, scryptominers has dead and i had a lot of coins there which i couldnt withdraw. Chunkypools is running great and its the winner of whitecoinpool!

Hey all! I'm new on Bitcointalk. I come over from Reddit and I'm a supporter of WC 
I really think you guys should try and build a more active community on Reddit. Bitcointalk is great but can be a little intimidating to people who are new to cryto. Reddit is not a crypto centric forum and is accessible to a huge number of people from tons of subreddits. Crypto awareness has been spreading really fast across Reddit since Dogecoin and a lot of altcoins are gathering faithfuls through their respective subreddits.
Right now we have 101 subscribers to /r/whitecoin and more people are joining everyday. It would be really awesome if some of you hardcore Whitecoiners dropped in from time to time for a WC update. There are a lot of really skilled/talented people (programmers, designers etc) on Reddit who could potentially contribute to WC future.
On a different note - Can't wait for PoW phase to end!!!

premined? and today who cares..Exactly!! Its has nothing to do with pre-mine at all. So please don't use that as an excuse.. If anything i would rather see a premine coin so i know the develeopers have finances to continue in its growth..

Developers have funds for growth but can't even change the shitty logo which has been redesigned for free. Hope someone forks this coin who actually has vision. And hey, happy to be proven wrong dev(s) when you wake up.
BTC wasn't premined. Premine means that some of the coins are mined disregarding the normal distribution , all at once in a block.
Everyone who with a computer could have mined btc just like satoshi , and a few did.
For the poeple who haven't learned about btc , of course that might sound like a premine but..
For 99% of the population of this earth all the coins that are currently active are premined by more than 50% if you follow this reasoning.
Just like how to you btc was "premined" because you had no clue about it , so for billions "whitecoin" will be 100% premined as they didn't have a clue about it at that time and joined the show after the mining was done.

Multipools and miners in general will be unloading for days after mining has stopped. This is to be expected, I think blackcoin even dropped in price after mining ended. The only thing you should be concerned about right now is the best price point to get your final WC buys at. Be prepared for dumps from weak-hands in the 2500-5000 range, buy the dips and sell the lips for some bonus btc on the ride up to 10k and beyond.

Coins who are mined under rent price won't be sold so fast.
It can take few weeks of selling them off.
BC went to ~500sat low in 2 weeks after all.
People were selling off in 2x-4x loss.(cost of mining)
In direct compare this is about 125sat WC = 500 sat BC.
WC was mined in higher hash rates it created much bigger base price.
But even Blitz went 10x down after mining too.(similar distribution like WC,BC)...
BC went about 7x down from peak to its deepths it will be interesting to see how it WC can go.
It looks like normal market movement.
I have a question about dumping WC premine when it were dumped ?
And how much were dumped.

Tried a few pools and dedicatedpools always show about a third of my hashing power less on their pool than any other and not just this coin, why is this?

I haven't received any coins for the last 24hours from whitecoin.miners-pool.com! i've been mining straight and my hashrate is correct but no coins, even though the statistics show that 3hours ago a block was found. anyone else mining at this pool?
I was and had the same issue. 500 coins mined at 25 hours with 3.6 MH. Something is wrong with the backend and it's not splitting up the coins it mines right now. I think they are working on it and we'll likely see our coins at some point in the future.

Survive for 40h? Lols.
It takes one computer only and the coin is safe. I haven't seen coin that has been out for more than a few days and has died , except the ones killed at the launch.
From my point of view price is irrelevant in the early stages if you are in the coin long term.
But if all you want is to speculate , then yeah , those will be 2 days of nightmares.

Why would any1 say it's not a copy or similar to BlackCoin in many ways? It's trying to imitate the success of what BlackCoin had created over the past 2 months.
Why is everybody bringing the distribution of BlackCoin as something that is badly done? WhiteCoin is going thru somewhat a similar process of distribution, so in effect, if you say BlackCoin is badly distributed, WhiteCoin has essentially similar properties.
Its PoS interest is a difference of 1% from BlackCoin and its transaction speed is a bit faster...
But alas, it's premined 0.78% which is = 2.34 Million WhiteCoin...
So lemme ask you, why would you expect a 900 sat price would hold with 4x more coins and not to metion 2.4 mill that's premined?
Its specs are true, in some aspects different, but all much too similar to BlackCoin, tell me what differentiates itself?
Other PoS coins are doing the multipool thing in the wake of BlackCoin's. Other PoS coins are more active in their attempts at marketing and creation of value. Community? None I see that could contend to...

Whitecoin is way more widely distributed than Blackcoin ever was. The premine was already dumped. Maybe 4X more coins but ten fold wider distribution. Blackcoin did not invent the multipool, everyone is and has been doing it. This community is awesome. Why am I even responding to you? You're obviously a hater.
