Maybe its time to reboot your pc!

Antivirus on your PC may detect it as a virus.
My advice, you try to download the file again and try to run again

who is an expert of nxt here? i have drastically decreased my forging power to make way for other forgers to win their own blocks and have a chance to make extra bitcoins by supporting wcc, i'm asking, is there some kind of big effect on the block times?
