If so, what happens if ever the real developer of wealthcoin comes back and realize yobit is cashing their hard work? Will yobit pay them some profit or keep everything with them?
No way, most likely Wealth copied off Yovi. Yovi is open source you can copy and create another one yourself.

There is no DEV on Wealth. Dev left back in Aug. 2015 and yobit took over and released a wallet for it and I am sure they will not going to create an explorer for it. because Yobit don't even have one for Yovi.

for synchronize must PC on all time for 1-2 days ?
