It's on their old/original site plan below.  But there is no info on 1ex "coins" because that was a surprise for first round investors, nobody knew about the coins. But dev can answer I'm sure as there were only like 200k or so mined and pretty much all given away to all first round investors.  I don't think investors for next rounds get any.  It's good in a way it makes the WBB/1EX team 'work' for their success.  Also it's I think first time an exchange will actually have PUBLIC SHAREHOLDERS...as says 75% below...which is ppl like you and me, just by investing.  

When 1ex starts making volume...anyone holding shares will get their %-cut of the btc monthly vol's which is cool (when they finally get some lol).  Also 1ex coin...still waiting to see how it will be 'used' and traded in the site itself (it's closed source coin so ONLY on 1ex.trade)...I'm sure it will be big one day re. all the plans devs have and wbb/wbbos intergration.  I can see banks/businesses using 1ex-coin more than traders but who knows.  $100usd ppl say "why this no-name crap coin peg so much??".....well there is reason for its creation and I say $100 could be a dream cheap price that will be gone by middle of 2017 if things go as planned for dev.

I think dev has plans for something to do with metals too he has hinted i see from "Ag" whatever that is.

The aim is that the WBB Exchange is not owned by one person but is owned by the public. Future changes to the WBB Exchange would be based on a voting system of the co-owners (shareholders) of the WBB Exchange.

For this we will create 200000 shares of which 150000 shares will be sold to the public, where we restrict how many shares can be owned by one person. The shareholders will receive a monthly income from the WBB Exchange for life or as long they own their shares.

In the initial stages we plan to release ¼ of 150000 (37500) shares for early investors in the WBB Exchange. To commence each share will be set to 0.00275BTC per share for early investors.

Early investors will be part of the core of the WBB Exchange. After the initial 37500 shares been divided between the core investors a higher price per share will be set.

Cost structure of WBB Exchange Shares:

1 – 37500            = 0.00275 BTC per share – NO MORE AVAILABLE
37501 – 75000   = 0.00550 BTC per share  <-------coming soon as of July 8th, 2016
75001 – 112500   = 0.00825 BTC per share
112501 – 150000 = 0.01100 BTC per share
50000 shares (25%) will be held back and form part of the income for the development team of WBB.
150000 shares (75%) will be public owned to provide dividends for shareholders.
Each share will be worth 0.0005% of the WBB Exchange and create an income of 0.0005% of the monthly net profits to the investor of the WBB Exchange.

Thank you for that information. May I ask what the cost of the original first round shares were ? I am trying to correlate in my mind the original value of 1 1Ex token in BTC or US dollars.

1ex coin is a token given to original shares investors of 1ex.trade first round of shares in proportion of 1to1. So for each share you were buying you were given 1 1excoin also. it is peggedto 100 dollars on 1ex trade aand cannot be traded for less than that

I also see on the Richlist that there are 206,000 coins.
Does that mean that you raised $ 20,600,000.
How were the coins initially distributed ?

The exchange is build from the wbb devs and is one of the fastest exchanges out tyere.

Also with direct bank linkage it allowes to transfer fiat instantly from the bank to the exchange.

Trades can be made in Crypto to Crypto or fiat to Crypto in any combination.

Fees are as low as 0.15% and even lower on larger trades.

With v2 traders get group trade options and much much more.

Preparation is done for the banking gateway where other banks can also link to 1ex in the future and this function is already implemented in v2.

Later on in 2017+ we are looking to bring the exchange to wbbos. But this is for later and not now.

1ex has also share options where later on some more shares will be released where owners will receive a % of profit on shares owned.

Wbb or other coins can be traded in any combination and also cross trades are possible.

When v5 is available then other exchanges which have wbb trading need to update the wallet plus some code if they like to carry on trading wbb. If they dont update the. Wbb is only available on 1ex.

1ex is also fully linked to coinigy trading application.

1ex has its own coin which can only be traded on the 1ex exchange and is pegged at 100usd

V2 should help with the low volume and if it doesn't, 1ex will become completely decentralised and build into the WBBOS.  When the OS gets mainstream adoption, I'm sure 1ex will be known far and wide.

I mean, there is no trade volume at all. So even if I wanted to buy wbb with fiat, I couldn't use it

Regulators will have to buy wbb from 1ex.trade also is the only exchange where you can buy wbb with fiat when launched then the new version will have group trading and will be fully modular with resizable windows etc

In what relation dose the 1ex Exchange stand to WBB? Is there any thing special about 1ex?

Update:

We are nearly done and running final last tests on V2 of the exchange.

Later on we should be ready to run the upgrade from V1 to V2 and during this time the following will be disabled.
- login
- deposit
- withdraw
- trade

After the the upgrade new features and design is available which will improve your experience.

The chat option will beduring the first week on V2 disabled and activated after the first week.

Other things:
WBBOS is also ready and the OS will be released inclusive a new WBB wallet shortly.

Good to hear dev!  I am looking fwd to new ANN's even though i see it is prob not high priority.  Even still with all info you've shared to date it's more than enough for ppl to I htink accept ove rthe past 50+ pages!

I never mining but I can try  - who knows when wbb price is 10x from now it'll be a hot and rare commodity heh.

Regarding mining.

We will make a version available for the miner with download and instructions.

It should take no more then 5 min to set it up and get mining with you.

Suggestion, wait till v5 is out ( coming really soon now).
With this version it does not matter if you have an Asic or GPU miner as there been some changes also to ensure you mining is in the same boat as asics
