@Placebo, You should do escrow for this with your terms. Now seems it was not completly yours, this is not mentioned and that is why I ask you to sent back my BTC so I'm out.

waiting by to point my miners. So considering the coin doesn't make it on exchange for a while, how will that affect your plans Placebo?
ICO money will stay locked and people that join ICO will be able to refunds their coins. But i believe that it will hit a exchange, but indeed in the worst case scenario if there is no exchange then DEV failed to deliver one of the points that are needed in the escrow deals, and people will be able to ask their ICO money back in return of their coins of course..
As told before, ICO based Coins launch are changed....

Was willing to invest 0,5btc cause basic looked good and I trust Placebo and love his new ICO rules.
Cause of Placebo I do enter but with only 0,1 btc.

I hope it too.Very difficult to say if dev is the same or not. I have introduce some more ICO investors protection rules, that is maybe why already a few new coins rejected my purpose of being their escrow as with the new rules it is really pretty hard to scam ICO investors. Ok, it is still not 100% safe but it will never be 100% safe.
