Managed to compile cgminer on Linux, but when I run I get:

Thanks for your props, i'm on Linux so I cant help there, but i'm sure someone will compile as soon as they get the source.

I've also msged the Dev and hope it gets added along with the cpu miner to the OP too...

Not that I know of. This is the first coin I know of chopped with pure skein so it will need to be built. CPU optimized and GPU codes for standalone miners of Quark and X11 etc. do contain skein hash function so the code is out there, but based on the difficulty I would say nobody has bothered yet.
