The first time I ran it, it gave me some error. However, I closed it out and reopened it and haven't had any issues with it since. Have you tried ending the process and reopening it?

where is windows wallet?

Run it again, it is normal on first run to have an exception due to where it is compiled.
its still cant run, ive tried it on win 10 64 and win7 32, its only flashing
hmmmm, this is the first we have heard of this issue. I'll re-upload the wallet to github, its possible during the push it could have been corrupted.
